Prices

All prices stated on the website are inclusive of VAT and delivery costs (within ROI), except where stated. Prices and availability of products may be changed at any time without notice. Prices in retail stores may be different to the prices shown on this website. To be entitled to purchase any product from any of the retail stores, at the website price, please bring a printout of the required item(s).

Payment

Where payment is made by credit or debit card, you authorise us to debit your card with the total cost of the products selected plus VAT and delivery costs. Any refunds made in respect of returns or cancellation will be made to the same card. If your card cannot be verified or is any way unacceptable, the order will be cancelled immediately.

Title

Title to the product passes at the time of despatch from our shop. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused during delivery.

Liability

We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business or other consequential, special or indirect loss arising out of the use of any product purchased from this site. All implied warranties and undertakings are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
